Andi completed the Spear Programme in Brighton in June 2022 and has since gained a position as a Marketing Executive at Graphite Digital where they support with business development.

They say: “I thought joining the Spear Programme would help me get a job, I had no idea it would literally help me to become a better version of myself. The effect of the coaches’ guidance, through supporting trainees to grow both professionally and personally, is immense. Any young person who may be struggling, and has barriers to get into work needs to know about this programme.”

“As the Spear Brighton ambassador, my role includes supporting internal innovation, expanding the reach and spreading the word about the Spear Programme. This is all to increase the number of people who can receive quality support and tools to get into work.”
